New accessible ready Ibiza style project in Alfaz del Pi, close to El arabi urbanization.
This project is very unique, given that in one hand it´s designed in an exclusive contemporary Ibiza style architecture, and on the other hand it´s an accessible ready home (meant for a wheelchair user).
The distribution of the house  includes wider and more generous spaces in circulation areas, allowing maximum comfort for wheelchair displacements.
In some cases, we even provide solutions that surpass the minimum standards required to accessible buildings, always considering how to provide the maximum comfort and quality of life of the user:

• Areas where a ø1,50m circle could be inscribed in circulation areas, hallways, kitchen, master bathroom and bedroom.
• Total lack of steps of barriers, both in indoor and outdoors, differences in floor level are taken away.
• Width of outdoor terraces and outdoor circulations are also bigger than normal
• Possibility of incorporating a special ramp in swimming pool, etc.

The lure of this project goes beyond that of an accessible house and appeals to the mainstream public, given many interesting qualities of its design.

This project has a large space of kitchen-dining-living room, starting with the kitchen and its island/dining-table that connects to the dining/living room area. There are several glass openings to the east, which receive the morning light, and then to the south there is a large sliding window with glass panels that hide inside the walls, allowing a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor, where the Ibiza style pergola buffers that intermediate space in-between the living room and the pool that runs parallel on the south side of the plot.
This combination of hidden sliding doors and pergola provides a flexible space or natural extension of the living room to the outdoor, something that is possible in the unique and gentle Mediterranean weather of this area.
The exterior areas are exquisitely design on a landscape project that contemplates different plants, selection of different types of pavements and gravel, and strategic light appliances that provide a quality chillout space at both daytime and nighttime.

The project has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom (1 ensuite).
There is a parking pergola on the north side, with a laundry/utility room area. There´s a possibility of building an enclosed garage in this north side, fully legal.
